About Sam
Bio:
I studied English and Religious Studies at the University of Iowa. I have worked on staff at churches building and directing ministries to reach the 20-30 age group, as well as building web and live experiences. In both staff roles and as a volunteer, I have had the opportunity to preach and teach in churches that reach 35-2,000 per weekend. I live with my beautiful wife and daughter in Des Moines, IA.
Work:
Outside of my pay-the-bills 9-5…I am a co-founder of the startup non-profit The Move Project.
Writing
I just finished by first book titled A Creative Theology.
I’ve written a few pieces that have found their way into publications over the past couple years.
Speaking
I’ve had the opportunity to teach Scripture in various church settings, ranging from 35-2,000 in a weekend.
